Violin and piano recitals in London with Marie Cantagrill

I am doing some work for a very talented French violinist, Marie Cantagrill, and her record label ABP Musique Classique Productions. She will make her UK debut in London this autumn.

Here are the dates of her recitals:

October 25 at Southwark Cathedral

3.15 pm – 4.00 pm

October 31 at St Stephen’s Church on Gloucester road

6:30pm

November 11 at the Victoria and Albert Museum

6:30pm

She is performing alongside an excellent pianist, Alexander Wilson, who recently graduated from the Royal College of Music.

The program includes:

– Sonata in A by Franck

– Chaconne in D minor by Bach

– Danse Macabre, Camille Saint Saëns

These concerts are free, but please let me know if you would like to attend. You are assured of a truly unforgettable experience, as Marie’s playing is one of the most moving I have ever heard.

I do hope to see you at one of these concerts.

In addition, at the end of the month, Marie will be releasing her new CD which features Bach’s Sonata no. 1 in G minor and Partita No. 1 – more details on that very soon.
